How it works

Three steps, and the last one closes the loop in Shopify.

A paid order becomes purchase orders

One per supplier, carrying the customer's ship-to and the lines that supplier ships, in the supplier's currency.

Send it your way

Download the branded PDF and send it as you already do, then mark the purchase order as sent with a note for your records.

Enter tracking, done

When the supplier ships, enter the carrier and tracking number. The order is fulfilled in Shopify and your customer is notified.

What it does

One purchase order per supplier from every paid order

The app reads each paid order's fulfillment orders and splits the lines by supplier. Nothing to stage, nothing to group by hand: the purchase orders are waiting when you open the app.

Suppliers from the vendor field

Your products already name their suppliers in Shopify's vendor field. The app reads them, and you add the email you order from, the currency and, where a supplier uses its own code, a Supplier SKU per product.

Your customers' data

The app holds the customer's name, address and phone number only to print them on the purchase order and its tracking page, so your supplier can ship to your customer.
