The rules your reorders run on
Set each supplier's Lead Time, Reorder Cycle, Min Stock Cover Days, and order minimums and maximums once — the buying table's suggested quantities use them automatically. Where one product differs from the rest, override it per variant: supplier SKU, cost, minimum order quantity, case quantity.

From supplier to purchase order
From a supplier — or any selection of its products — create a purchase order pre-filled with suggested quantities, the supplier's tax and currency, and a delivery location. Or add the selection to the Purchase List for later. And the assistant does all of it conversationally: find, create, edit, assign, order.
Change Acme Supply's lead time to 7 days.
Done — Acme Supply's lead time is now 7 days. Tomorrow's reorder suggestions will use it.
